At N S TAILOR™, we are committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent shipping options. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Free and Standard Shipping

• Free Shipping is available on all orders with a total value of ₹5,000/- or more (after discounts, before taxes). 
• For orders below ₹5,000/- a standard delivery charge of ₹300/- will apply at checkout. 
• Currently, International shipping is not available. We ship only within India.   

2. Local Delivery

• We offer Local Delivery service at a flat rate of ₹100/-per order.      
• This Local Delivery option is available for PIN codes 421302 and 421305 only.      
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. 

3. In-Person Pickup

• In-Person Pickup at our store is free of charge. 
• Pickup is available during our business hours: 11 AM to 8 PM. 
• Customers  will be notified when their order is ready for collection. 

4. Additional Notes

• Delivery timelines will be shared at checkout and in your order confirmation. 
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses.Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional charges. 
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. 
• At his time, orders are shipped only within India.
